The Water's Edge Hotel is in a stunning location of natural beauty and tranquillity with breathtaking views overlooking Bouley Bay.

Situated on the Islands north coast the Hotel has 50 rooms each with a sea or south facing garden view. There are also family rooms, luxury suites and a self-catering Penthouse. All rooms are en suite and have tea and coffee facilities, direct dial telephone and colour television. The hotel rooms are spread over four floors with lift access to most rooms . WiFi hotspots available free of charge to guests.

Our restaurant, with panoramic views over the bay to the distant French coastline, features a selection of exciting dishes including fresh local seafood. Modern British cuisine with hints of classical, add a well-balanced wine list and you have the complete ingredients for a memorable dining experience.
